There is an active group of property owners at Belmont that cherish the community and the opportunities this type of housing provides Los Angeles. Together we have gained a significant knowledge base in both experience and resources in the preservation of this small community of structures. In addition to restoration, many stakeholders have been vigilant in halting the destruction of our valuable resources, in the hopes that residents can enjoy Belmont Square for many generations to come.
